          -Set in the Shadowhunter’s world, this new series follows Emma Carstairs who discovers a series of murders in the city of Los Angeles. The characteristics of each murder reminds her of how her parents died in a similar way. The shadowhunters race to find out who is responsible for the killings to cease a war between the faeries and Nephilim. (The offspring of humans and angels)

         4. Glass Sword (Red Queen #2)- Victoria Aveyard

February 9th

            -In this second installment of the Red Queen series, Meira escapes from Maven, the prince that betrayed her, in order to stop the royal court from using her lightning abilities as a weapon.  However, on this journey she discovers she is not the only one of her kind. (Someone with red blood but having an ability that only people with silver blood should possess)

5. The Rose and the Dagger (The Wrath & The Dawn #2)- Renee Ahdieh

           7. The Last Star (The 5th Wave #3)- Rick Yancey

            – In this Fifth Wave conclusion, the series will be put to an end in a final war between the Others and the survivors that made it past the fifth wave, including Cassie, Ethan, Ben, Ringer, and everyone that is a part of their group.
