Freshman KyACDA All-state Choir Forms and Fees Due Friday

Permission slips/school excuse and hotel fees for the junior high all-state choir are due to Mrs. Osborne by this Friday!
Your parents should have received an email, including the permission slip to excuse you from school on the Friday of all-state and information on the hotel, a KyACDA medical form, and information.
Singers participating should be at registration/check-in at 8 am Friday (November 2nd) morning at the Hampton Inn on I-75 in the Hamburg area, in Lexington. You have the choice to pay $286 (at a rate of $143 per night) and stay in Lexington Thursday night (November 1) to get good rest for all day rehearsals Friday, or pay for one night ($143) to stay Friday night, and leave for Lexington early Friday morning. The performance will be Saturday night, November 3rd. The hotel does NOT have a reservation for this night. If you do not plan to stay at the hotel booked, contact Mrs. Osborne at maryellen.osborne@warren.kyschools.us as soon as possible.
Attached is a schedule for Friday and Saturday. All students participating are in the SSAA choir.
