The Tobacco and Vaping Products Act is a Canadian law to regulate the production, marketing and sale of tobacco and vaping products. This law is a response to the national public health problem posted by tobacco and vaping use.

Tobacco Act:

Tobacco Act is trying to provide framework to respond to a national public health problem of substantial and pressing concern because of tobacco use and may also lead into a bigger problem later on.

What it will do:

• Protect the health o Canadians light for implicating tobacco use incident of numerous fatal diseases.

Vaping Act:

The Vaping Act is exactly like the tobacco act because they are both trying to break down on tobacco and on E-Cigarettes. TVPA creates a new legal framework for regulating vaping products to protect young people from nicotine addiction and tobacco use, while allowing adults to use it because they are less harmful to adults because they are full grown and fully developed.

What it will do:

• Protect health by limiting vaping access.
• Enhance the dangers of vaping
• Protect young people from getting addicted to nicotine and depending on it.
• Prevent the public from all having more health issues.
