The PSAT exam is a practice college entrance exam designed specifically for college-bound sophomores and juniors. For juniors, this is the only way to become eligible for the National Merit Scholarship Competition. It’s strongly recommended that those applying to the Governor’s Scholar program sign up to take this exam.

The deadline to register for the PSAT/NMSQT is Friday, September 12. The test will be given at Greenwood on Wednesday, October 10 from 7:40 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. There are a limited number of spots available so please sign up early. The exam fee will be $20. Please make checks payable to GHS. Bring your payment and sign up in the guidance office.
