We all know the classic Christmas movies that everyone watches on the holidays, but no one really thinks about Thanksgiving. Here are some movies that relate to Thanksgiving and could make it a lot more enjoyable for the whole family:
Free Birds
Brought together by fate, two very different turkeys go back in time together to save their kind from being eaten for Thanksgiving dinner, starting with the very first Thanksgiving. This movie is extremely funny and a great movie to watch with kids.
Pocahontas
In this Disney classic, an Indian named Pocahontas and an English soldier find themselves in a forbidden romance during the time when the colonists invaded Virginia. Through her friendship with nature, they teach each other how to do different things and make a connection.
A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving
In this classic film, Charlie Brown throws a Thanksgiving dinner with the help of Linus, Snoopy, and Woodstock, and attempts to make it the best Thanksgiving ever for Peppermint Patty.
Blind Side
This film follows the true story of Michael Oher. a homeless boy that gets taken in by a woman and her family. Through the help of his new caretakers, Michael becomes a NFL Football player and ends up having a much happier life with them.
