Ellie Goulding– Delirium

Elena Jane Ellie Goulding is an English singer and songwriter born in Hereford, England. As a teenager, she loved folk music but in college she was introduced to electronica, which we can now hear in most of her music. Ellie Goulding’s debut album called “Lights” was released in 2010. Her songs Beating Heart, Dead in The Water and Hanging On were also featured in the popular movie Divergent released in March of 2014. Her album Delirium was released November 6th this year.

Sarah Bareilles– What’s Inside: Songs from Waitress

Sarah Bareilles in an American singer and songwriter born in the town of  Eureka, California. She graduated from the University of California in 2001, where she was a member of their a capella group. This experience started Sarah’s love for singing and music. Although she majored in communications, she decided the continue her singing career. Now, she has become a very popular artist in several countries. Her new album What’s Inside: Songs from Waitress was also released last Friday, November 6th.

Adele is a British singer/ songwriter born in London, England. Some of her most popular songs are “Rolling In The Deep” and “Someone Like You”. She has received 10 awards at the grammy’s and many more from other ceremonies. Her music is classified as acoustic, pop, and soul. Adele says her new album 25 is about “getting to know who I’ve become without realizing”. It will be released on the 20th of November.

Coldplay– A Head Full Of Dreams

The band Coldplay’s music is classified as Alternative Rock. The band came together in 1998 at the University College of London. The band members included, first, guitarists Martin and John Buckland, then drummer Will Champion and bassist Guy Berryman. Their new album, A Head Full of Dreams is coming out on December 4th.

Cage The Elephant– Tell Me I’m Pretty

Cage the Elephant is a rock band that began right here in Bowling Green and the band members are also former students of Greenwood High School. They include Matt Shultz,Brad Shultz, Lincoln Parish Jared Champion, and Daniel Tichenor. One of their most popular songs called “Ain’t No Rest for The Wicked” reached the top charts in June of 2008. Their new album, “Tell Me I’m Pretty” will be released this year on December 18th.

 Panic! At the Disco– Death of a Bachelor

Panic! At The Disco began when Spencer Smith joined with Singer, Brendon Urie and Ryan Ross. The band is now just lead singer, Brendon Urie. This is what Brendon said about the new album. “Death of a Bachelor is in honor of those times I spent alone as a kid,” he wrote. “Allowing music to consume me. Playing everything myself just to get the idea right and out of my head. It’s a beginning to a new era. And a homage to how it all began. This album is me. Running to the piano. Building a drum kit. Strumming a guitar. Some things never change.” The album will release on January 15 of 2016.
