New members inducted in NHS ceremony
This past Thursday, September 24th, over 50 students were inducted into Greenwood’s Eldorado chapter of the National Honor Society in a ceremony at 6:00 pm in the auditorium.
At the ceremony, local college pastor Tyler Wittmer kicked things off with an inspiring speech to the new members. Club officers Graham Champion, Laura King, Matt Propst, and Anjali Patel also addressed the students, outlining the fundamental virtues of the club: Character, Scholarship, Leadership, and Service.
After the ceremony concluded, students and family members were invited to stick around for a reception with food and drink provided by the students.
The ceremony was arranged by club sponsors Lori Foust and Amy Elmore.
