This past Tuesday, the Gators Varsity basketball team took on the Purples. The final score was 79-56.

Bowling Green lead the entire game.  AFfter the first quarter, the score was 14-0. The score at halftime was 35-13. After the third, it was 54-30. The Purple’s largest lead was 27.

Bowling Green formed an impressive student section at the game. However, even though it was an away game for GHS, a good sized Greenwood student section was attending.

Greenwood’s starting lineup was Noah Stansbury, Parker Williams, Jack Roberts, Isaac Stansbury, and Ben Carroll. Let’s not forgot about the legendary sixth man, Cade Stinnett.

Greenwood’s top scorer was Jack Roberts who put up 16.
