He remembers a little bit about being allowed into the country, but not a whole lot. Darwin says that coming to the United States has changed his perspective on life and has changed how he sees his future. His perspective on life has changed to a more positive view, and believes his future will be brighter.
His favorite type of food from America is pepperoni pizza. After school and during his free time, he enjoys playing soccer and driving. This year, Darwin started playing soccer for Greenwood.
Our culture and way of life here in America is very different than in Honduras. They have very few cars in their country. Honduras has Caribbean coastlines, river valleys, and is also very mountainous. Some things he remembers from his home country include the culture and his family.
