Sandy

Sandy is a two-year-old Lab mix at the BGWC Humane Society who has a big, big heart. When I walked by her cage at the Humane Society this weekend, she sat and looked out from between the bars with the saddest eyes. Of course, when we took her out for a walk, she immediately perked up and ran around sniffing all of the new flowers and grass.

Even more than the outdoors, however, Sandy loves being hugged. She enjoys sitting down next to people and just being pet, and so with her love of the outdoors also, she would probably love picnics or taking long walks in the park. She is very sweet, so she never bites or barks, and she just wants to be surrounded by people who love her.
