SEC Tournament

As the quarterfinals of the SEC tournament come to an end, we now have a clearer view of which teams from the SEC will be going to this year’s NCAA tournament. Today, 4 games will be played to determine who will play tomorrow in the Semi-Finals. This will be Kentucky’s first game in the tournament. They will be playing the Georgia Bulldogs, who they have previously beat three times this season. Kentucky is the youngest team in the nation so the outcome is unclear. Here is the schedule for tonight’s games:

  • 9 Alabama vs. 1 Auburn @ 1:00 pm Eastern Time
  • 12 Georgia vs. 4 Kentucky @ 3:00 pm Eastern Time
  • 7 Mississippi State vs. 2 Tennessee @ 7:00 Eastern Time
  • 6 Arkansas vs. 3 Florida @ 9:00 Eastern Time

ACC Tournament

The ACC tournament will be finishing their semi-finals tonight to see who will be playing for the ACC Champion trophy tomorrow. With a loss to Virginia, a Kentucky team is already out of their conference tournament. Could this mean Louisville will be out of the NCAA tournament as well? Louisville won’t know the answer to this haunting question until the first ten minutes of CBS’s “Selection Show”. The following games will be played tonight:

  • 1 Virginia vs. 4 Clemson @ 7:00 pm Eastern Time
  • 2 Duke vs. 6 North Carolina @ 9:00 pm Eastern Time
