The Former Bachelor Chris Soules Pleads not Guilty to Fleeing the Scene of a Fatal Accident

The former bachelor Chris Soules pleads not guilty to fleeing the scene of a fatal accident.

 

The reality star rear-ended a man in a tractor, who went into a ditch and later died at the hospital, according to the official police report. Soules was charged with leaving the scene of a fatality motor vehicle accident, which is a felony in Iowa, and he left the scene unharmed.

 

Although Chris Soules did call 911 he still fled the scene.

 

Alcohol was found was in fact found at the scene.

 

“He was devastated to learn that Kenneth Mosher, the other person in the accident, passed away. His thoughts and prayers are with Mr.Mosher’s family.” Chris Soules publicist told ABC News.

 

Soules has deleted all social media accounts since his arrest.

 

“My family and I are overwhelmed with this tragedy, but we are sticking together and we’ll get through it.” says Chris Soules.

 

He’s gotten a series of speeding tickets as well as citations for drinking underage and was arrested for a DUI a little bit over ten years ago.
